We collect information you provide directly, such as wallet addresses, email addresses, and social account handles when you connect them to your LUMORAI profile. We also collect usage data, including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns on the platform.
Your information is used to provide and improve the LUMORAI protocol, calculate your AI Reputation Score, distribute LMRAI token rewards, communicate important updates, and ensure platform security. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Wallet addresses and on-chain transaction data are inherently public on BNB Chain. Reputation scores committed to the blockchain are permanently public and cannot be deleted.
When you connect social accounts (Twitter/X, Telegram), we access only public profile data and public posts. We do not access private messages or non-public content.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of off-chain data at any time by contacting us. On-chain data cannot be deleted due to blockchain immutability.
We use session storage and local storage to maintain login state and user preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
