3. LMRAI Token Utility

LMRAI tokens are utility tokens that provide access to protocol features including reputation staking, governance voting, and reward multipliers. They are not securities and do not represent equity or ownership in LUMORAI or any associated entity.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use LUMORAI to engage in market manipulation, bot-driven activity, fake engagement inflation, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Violations may result in account suspension and reputation score reset.

5. Protocol Risks

Use of LUMORAI involves significant risks including smart contract vulnerabilities, token price volatility, regulatory changes, and potential loss of funds. You assume all risks associated with blockchain-based applications.

6. Intellectual Property

The LUMORAI name, logo, AI Reputation Engine, and all associated software are the intellectual property of LUMORAI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LUMORAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the protocol, including but not limited to loss of tokens, data loss, or lost profits.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of LUMORAI after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
